It’s amazing how much we depend on technology. We take it for granted that everything is going to work at peak efficiency all the time. Ha! Can technology ever be trusted?
We had a little technological hiccup recently. While doing some tech updates and upgrades, our accounting system sent out some duplicate charges! Yikes!
We have diagnosed and resolved the issue. We have also contacted everyone who was affected and refunded the overcharges.
I want to apologize, again, to those who were affected. You trust us, as much as we trust our technology, and we failed you in that effort. But we have shored up our systems so that something like that doesn’t happen again.
So, now, maybe technology can be more trusted than before.

I’m so thankful for your participation in this charitable giving effort, and we expect to be disbursing funds soon. In the meantime, please continue to tell your friends and family about us!
